Testimonials

"I want to bring to your attention an amazing veterinary practice called Aniwell.

About five years ago Mr O’Neile performed a key hole spay on Sophie my gordon setter. I was so impressed with the fast pain free recovery.

My younger puppy Gracie suffered from gastric distension following her feeds. As a deep chested breed she was at risk of developing a twisted stomach which even with surgery often proves fatal. Mr O’Neile performed a key hole gastropexy (tying stomach wall to chest wall). This procedure removed this risk.

Both the gastropexy and the spay were performed under the same anaesthetic. Grace was raring to go that same evening.

It is my opinion all vets should inform owners that key hole neutering is a better option with less risks, pain and discomfort. They probably don’t because they neither have the equipment or skill to perform key hole surgery.

Last Thursday Sophie, now eight years old, became critically ill. She was admitted to Aniwell Hospital for intravenous antibiotics and hydration. The exceptional skill and care she received from Mr O’Neile and his team saved her life.

In my opinion Aniwell provides a service that is second to none, outstanding and unique."
