Facilities

The clinic can hospitalise sick and injured animals in our purpose-built kennels and at Kinson, we have a separate cat / isolation ward.

Both surgeries have full surgical, x-ray, ultrasonic scanning and dental facilities on site.

We have digital radiography at Kinson and multiple flexible endoscopes at Alderney, which enables us to explore and sample areas such as the stomach, nasal cavity and lower respiratory tract.

As part of our commitment to be at the forefront of veterinary care, we are also able to offer laparoscopy (keyhole surgery). This type of surgery has become the gold standard in many types of human surgery and we are one few practices that have access to the equipment required.

Modern anaesthetic equipment and drugs are employed to ensure minimum risk to our patients. We can run ECGs and monitor pulse, blood oxygen, carbon dioxide and drug levels throughout an anaesthetic.

A comprehensive practice laboratory gives us rapid diagnostic ability and we encourage the running of pre-anaesthetic blood tests in older animals.

Informed advice on all aspects of your pet’s care including: nutrition, worming and flea control is on hand throughout the day.

We stock a range of healthcare products including flea control, as well as prescription diets and high-quality foods for healthy dogs and cats of all ages.
